Join us on for a culinary techniques lab at Ravello Ristorante led by Chef Eric Rivera. 

Host
Chef Eric Rivera is the co-owner and executive chef of Vintage Hospitality Group’s Ravello Ristorante. He also serves as head chef of Cloverdale's Vintage Year, Vintage Cafe, and Red Bluff Bar on the riverfront. Rivera was recognized by the James Beard Foundation as a Smart Catch Leader for his sustainable seafood sourcing and was a grand prize winner of the Blended Burger Contest. Most recently, Chef Eric was named the Alabama's 2022 Chef of the Year by ARHA.

A portion of this workshop will be hands-on. It is recommended that you bring your chef coat with you. Aprons will also be available.

Cost
The cost to attend is $25 per person and is limited to 8 participants.  The foundation will reimburse one night hotel stay up to $200 and round trip mileage to Montgomery.
